Role Overview
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operation of network, server, and end-user environments. This role is ideal for professionals with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in Windows systems, networking, and enterprise IT support.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Support
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Maintain and support Windows-based environments
Networking & Systems
- Manage and support TCP/IP, DNS, DynDNS, DHCP, VPN, and Access Points (AP)
- Configure and maintain NAS devices and EPABX systems
- Support IIS and basic server services
User & Application Support
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and permissions
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and common IT support tools
- Assist users with ERP systems and relevant modules
Web & Data Management
- Manage website content uploads
- Handle FTP operations and file transfers securely

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and enterprise IT infrastructure

Preferred Certifications
- MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certifications (advantage)
---
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and user-handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline
