About the Role

The Crew Manager team develops and maintains the CrewManager Application used for managing cockpit and cabin crew operations. As a Software Developer Intern, you will support development of new features, system enhancements, and stability improvements while working closely with experienced engineers on real-world enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of new features and functionality

• Rewrite and refactor small modules for performance and stability

• Perform regular maintenance and quality improvements

• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze and resolve software issues

• Design, code, and test application components

• Assist in building prototypes and optimization programs

• Work independently on assigned tasks under guidance

Technical Skills (Required)

• Java / J2EE development

• Java 8+ programming

• Spring Framework

• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals

Technical Skills (Good to Have)

• Version control systems – Git

• Test Driven Development (TDD) – JUnit 4+, Mockito

• SOAP-based and RESTful web services

• ORM frameworks – Hibernate

• Cloud fundamentals – AWS or GCP

• Agile development methodology

Behavioral & Soft Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new technologies

• Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks

• Team collaboration in Agile environments
