Roles & Responsibilities
Linux Administration Training
- Participate in hands-on Linux server administration training
- Learn server monitoring, performance checks, and basic troubleshooting
System Monitoring & Support
- Assist in monitoring Linux servers and system health
- Handle technical support tickets through the ticketing system
Customer & Technical Support
- Provide professional and timely support to customers
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow resolution procedures
