Role Overview

RM India is hiring Trainee Software Engineers who are passionate about technology and eager to build a long-term IT career. This role provides structured exposure to Software Development, Quality Assurance, and DevOps, working across multiple products and modern technology stacks.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience with ASP.NET, ReactJS, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

- Develop applications using C#, C, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and ReactJS

- Assist in building REST APIs, UI components, and integration workflows

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

- Debug and resolve application defects

---

Quality Assurance

- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI, integration)

- Create test cases and report defects

- Assist in test documentation and gain exposure to test automation

---

DevOps & Cloud Support

- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Assist with Azure deployments, environment setup, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash)

- Learn monitoring, logging, and cloud fundamentals

- Support incident resolution and service calls

---

General Responsibilities

- Work across multiple products based on project priorities

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)

- Maintain documentation such as technical notes, SOPs, and deployment steps

- Actively participate in training programs and upskilling initiatives

Eligibility & Qualifications

- BE / BTech / BSc (CS) / BCA / MCA / MTech or equivalent

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience

- Internship, academic projects, or certifications are an advantage

- Strong fundamentals and willingness to learn are essential
